Service pricing will be agreed specifically for each project and recorded in the service contract. Customers are responsible for paying on time as agreed.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer
• Service fees may change with 30 days’ prior notice
• Customers are responsible for related taxes and fees
• In case of late payment, UBEE reserves the right to suspend services

7. Confidentiality and intellectual property

UBEE is committed to keeping customer information and data confidential. All content and data provided by the customer will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the customer’s consent.

• Customers retain ownership of their content and data
• UBEE retains ownership of its development technologies and methods
• Customers may not copy or distribute UBEE’s products
• Any copyright infringement will be handled under the law

8. Limitation of liability

UBEE shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. UBEE’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount the customer has paid for services in the most recent 12 months.

9. Termination of service

Either party has the right to terminate the service in the following cases:

• Violation of the agreed terms
• Payment overdue by more than 30 days
• Use of the services for illegal purposes
• 30 days’ prior notice (for contract termination)

10. Dispute resolution

Any dispute that arises will be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is not possible, the dispute will be resolved at the competent court in Vietnam under Vietnamese law.

11. Changes to the terms

UBEE reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
